"DO I HAVE A CASE?"

                                "WHAT SHOULD I DO?"

                                                               "HOW CAN YOU HELP?"

"What can be done about time lost from work, medical bills, significant injuries and
disability?"

"How does my insurance or the wrongdoer’s insurance play a part in this?"

"How does the legal system work in a case such as this; how long will the process
take and what will be involved?"

"Do I need an attorney and how do I hire one?"

Getting answers to questions like these are
important to victims of accidents and other wrongful
conduct, especially when they are already dealing with considerable stress and anxiety.  Uncertainty only creates more stress and aggravates the problem.

I have learned that one of the best things an attorney can do for his clients at the outset is simply to inform... to give them the benefit of his legal background and years of experience.  Stress and anxiety are much reduced when one is informed and knows that they are doing the right things for the right reasons.

IN OUR INITIAL CONSULTATION I TRY TO GIVE THE PROSPECTIVE CLIENT AN UNDERSTANDING OF HOW THE LEGAL SYSTEM WORKS IN THEIR TYPE CASE, WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO IT.
