Barry Morgan is a sole practitioner.  He is not a member of a firm of lawyers.  This means that each and every client of this law office is represented individually by Mr. Morgan at every stage of the matter or case.

Mr. Morgan is a native of Central Florida and a life-long resident of the Orlando area.  A graduate of Oak Ridge High School and Florida State University, he obtained his law degree, with honors,  in 1979 from the South Texas College of Law.  He has maintained a law practice in Orlando for 30 years.

Few would argue that experience doesn’t matter in the practice of law, and Mr. Morgan certainly brings litigation experience to the table.  Since 1979 his practice area has continually focused on civil litigation.  Early in his career he built an extensive background representing insurance companies, hospitals and businesses.  In the latter half of his career he has represented primarily individuals, victims of accidents and other wrongful conduct.
