There is really no end to the types of cases that may come to an experienced trial attorney.  For example, in his career Mr. Morgan has dealt with injury cases involving blindness, heart damage, brain damage, spinal injuries, paraplegia, quadraplegia, optic nerve injury, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, cardiac tamponade, kidney damage, amputations, cerebral palsy, knee injuries, hip fractures, blood clots, pulmonary embolism, decubitous ulcers, organic brain injury, gun shot wounds,  and many other types of injuries.  Injury cases he has managed include products liability cases, medical malpractice cases, nursing home cases, trucking accidents, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, theme park accidents, assaults, dog bites, premises liability, falls and golf cart accidents, to name a few.

And cases are not limited to injuries.  Mr. Morgan has an extensive background  representing clients who have not been treated fairly in insurance claims, including automobile insurance, homeowners insurance, disability insurance, life and health insurance.  There may be no end to the reasons that Insurance Companies will use to deny claims and thus no end to the cases that have to be handled.

There are also ample opportunities to help resolve disputes arising from unfair or deceptive business practices.  Unfortunately, fraud and unfair dealing is still rampant in our society and even “respectable” businesses are often taking advantage of their customers, vendors, contractors and former employees.  For years, Mr. Morgan has accepted varied cases dealing with unfair practices and business torts.
